  • Pet-friendly unit: Dogs and cats under 30 lbs are allowed, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax), and an additional $10 per pet collected on-site by Sandpiper Cove. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. No pets permitted on any Destin or Okaloosa County beaches.
  • No smoking permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Violations may result in charges, eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
