  • PET-FRIENDLY UNIT: This unit welcomes dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, pets are not permitted on the beach. No beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.
  • You must be 25 years or older to book.
  • No smoking permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Fees and Payments

  • Nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax).
  • $10 fee per pet collected on-site by Sandpiper Cove.
  • Fee applies for renting boat dock space.

Parking Information

  • Each condominium is allocated two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit.
  • There is no assigned parking.
  • Trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, contact facilities in the Destin, FL area.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Condo includes: fully stocked kitchen (spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, at least one roll of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap), luxury towels and linens, hair dryer, at least one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, beach towels, laundry pods, golf clubs & balls, and beach chairs.
  • Kitchen is equipped with a regular and Keurig coffee maker.
  • Washer and dryer combo with laundry detergent pods are provided.
  • Amenities include: private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, Par-3 golf course, tennis courts, on-site restaurant, BBQ grills and picnic areas, and boat docks available for rent.
  • To secure a boat dock space, visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. There is a fee for renting dock space.
